Dell TechDirect Certification Guide

Follow these 5 easy steps to begin your journey to become a certified TechDirect technician.

1. To create an account for your institution, visit TechDirect-Registration.
2. Enroll your technicians to the TechDirect portal.
3. Have your technicians complete the online certification courses that are available within the portal.
4. Complete your first dispatch.
5. If you choose to participate in Labor Reimbursement, email the TechDirect administrator team after you have at least one tech certified.
